I found a solid spot to grab some fresh herbs without breaking the bank. The folks working there are friendly and know their stuff. Plus, the aroma in the shop is nice enough to lift your spirits.

I'm used to getting Valerian that's dark and strong, but this was just not it! I could hardly even smell it! When I called to ask about it, the guy mentioned it might be due to a drought affecting one of the three sources they use for their Valerian root. If you can't guarantee that what folks are buying is top-notch, then why are you charging those prices? And honestly, why should anyone keep shopping with you? They didn't even offer a small refund for my hassle, considering I spent nearly $100 on something that wasn't good quality! San Francisco Herb Co, you've lost a customer!
